RETURNING ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE
FUSION does not accept returns for items bought from the online store. However, Fusion will refund any item(s), if the item(s) received has a manufacturing defect or an incorrect size or style was shipped within 30 days of purchase. You will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and applicable taxes. Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Please allow two weeks for the processing of returns. EXCHANGING ITEMS FROM THE ONLINE STORE
We are unable to accept exchanges of merchandise purchased online due to the differences in color monitors/screens and lighting used during photoshoots, the exact color or texture of the final item may slightly vary from what is seen on screen.

We are unable to accept returns of merchandise purchased online at our FUSION Stores.
You may cancel your order any time before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive, via email, a shipping confirmation that contains tracking information. Once a product is shipped, the Return and Exchange Policy will apply. FUSION may cancel orders for any reason.
